These terms govern your use of Japanku. By opening or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please leave the site.

1. Acceptance

You may use Japanku only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and viewing adult material is legal where you are. You are responsible for checking that.

2. What Japanku is

Japanku is a directory of titles and performers. It does not host, upload or store video files. Videos play in players embedded from third-party sites, and the covers and photos you see are loaded from third parties so you can recognise a title or a performer.

3. Access

The site is provided as it is and may change, pause or stop at any time without notice. We do not promise that every video will play, or that a title will stay available, because that depends on the third-party sources.

4. Conduct

Do not use Japanku for anything unlawful. Do not try to overload, disrupt or break into the site, do not run automated tools against it that put a burden on it, and do not try to get around its protections.

5. Intellectual property

Titles, covers, photos, names and logos shown on Japanku belong to their respective owners. The design and code of Japanku belong to Japanku. Nothing here gives you a licence to copy or reuse them.

6. Third-party content and links

Embedded players, images and links come from sites we do not control. We are not responsible for what they show, how they behave or what they collect. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Report problems with a listing through the DMCA page.

7. No warranties

Japanku is offered without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Japanku and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, from content on third-party sites, or from being unable to use it.

9. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the site and for anything you do that breaks these terms or the law. If that causes a claim against Japanku, you agree to cover the resulting costs.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
